Return and refund policy

This policy applies to Lunavita food supplements purchased from Vorzelynchak, Stampgatan 38, 411 01 Göteborg, Sweden through vorzelynchak.world.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the goods. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection when the seal breaks after delivery (typical for ingestible products).
2. Sealed supplements
When statutory exemptions apply, opened bottles cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect. If the seal is intact and the product is unused, contact us within the withdrawal window for return instructions.
3. Defective or wrong items
If you receive an incorrect reference, damaged bottle, or batch mismatch documented on the label, notify us within seven days of delivery. We arrange replacement or reimbursement after receiving photos and, where needed, the faulty item returned with our prepaid label.
4. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier, unless we need to inspect the return.
5. Return shipping
Unless the error is ours, you cover return postage for voluntary returns within the withdrawal period. If a prepaid label is provided, use only that label so customs and handling stay traceable.
6. Non-returnable situations
Products stored incorrectly after delivery, used beyond the labelled intake, or purchased when import restrictions applied in your country may not qualify for refunds.
7. International orders, customs, and geographic limits
When you order from outside Sweden, local customs offices may charge duties or inspect parcels. Refunds cannot include government fees we never collected. If a parcel is returned because import rules prohibit the ingredients or food-supplement category in your region, standard refund rules apply only to product and outbound shipping we charged; return shipping and brokerage charges may still be due to carriers.
We describe Lunavita plainly as a food supplement so you can verify legality before purchase. Mis-declared returns or undeclared hazmat shipments void support obligations until the situation is cleared with the carrier.

Use the contact form on the home page, referencing your order number and postal address. Postal returns should include the RMA reference we email you. Email strings in the footer are displayed as text only for your records.
